Eligibility: • Candidates must have a Postgraduate (PG) Degree in the relevant specialty. DNB/DNB Super Specialty and equivalent PG qualifications recognized under MCI/NMC guidelines are also eligible. If sufficient PG degree holders are not available, candidates with a relevant Diploma may be considered, with their merit position below PG degree holders. For Senior Resident/Tutor posts, 40% of seats are reserved for Bihar State Health Service cadre, 40% for doctors who completed PG under the residency scheme in Bihar medical colleges, and 20% for doctors with PG degrees from recognized institutions outside Bihar.
