List Of Documents Required For LNMU UG Admission
आवेदकों को प्रवेश के समय आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न स्वप्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी के दो सेटों में निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
प्रवेश के समय आवेदकों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की दो दो फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी।
आवेदकों को प्रवेश के समय आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न स्वप्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी के दो सेटों में निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
प्रवेश के समय आवेदकों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की दो दो फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी।\
- दसवीं कक्षा की मार्क शीट
- दसवीं कक्षा का प्रवेश पत्र
- बारहवीं कक्षा की मार्कशीट
- बारहवीं कक्षा का प्रवेश पत्र
- बारहवीं कक्षा का अनंतिम प्रमाण पत्र / मूल प्रमाण पत्र
- संस्थान के प्रमुख से चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र में अंतिम बार भाग लिया। (वैकल्पिक)
- यदि लागू हो तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति और अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र (आवेदक के नाम पर) जहां लागू हो।
- आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस) के लिए आय और संपत्ति प्रमाण पत्र, यदि लागू हो।
- स्कूल / कॉलेज से मूल स्कूल छोड़ने / कॉलेज छोड़ने का प्रमाण पत्र और साथ ही बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय से मूल प्रवासन प्रमाण पत्र जो लागू हो।
- कॉलेज प्रमुख द्वारा आवश्यक कोई अन्य दस्तावेज।
