Bihar Police Forest Guard (Vanrakshi) Syllabus 2020 सेंट्रल सिलेक्शन बोर्ड ऑफ कॉन्स्टेबल (CSBC) ने पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग, बिहार सरकार में वन रक्षक (वनराक्षी) के लिए ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा का सिलेबस, परीक्षा योजना और चयन प्रक्रिया जारी की है।

Examination Syllabus

In Hindi

लिखित परीक्षा का स्तर बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के इण्टरमीडिएट (10+2) स्तर का होगा । गणित एवं सामान्य विज्ञान के प्रश्न मैट्रिकुलिशन अथवा समकक्ष स्तर के होंगे । हिन्दी भाषा का ज्ञान छोड़ कर, प्रश्न हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी दोनों ही भाषाओं में तैयार किये जायेंगे ।

 भाग-1 (30 प्रश्न – 120 अंक)

• राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महत्व की सामयिक घटनाएँ । (6 प्रश्न – 24 अंक)
• भारत का इतिहास और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन । (6 प्रश्न – 24 अंक)
• भूगोल – बिहार, भारत एवं विश्व का प्राकृतिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक भूगोल । (6 प्रश्न – 24 अंक)
• भारतीय राज्यतन्त्र और शासन – संविधान, राजनैतिक प्रणाली, पंचायती राज, लोक नीति, अधिकारों संबंधी मुद्दे, आदि । (6 प्रश्न – 24 अंक)
• आर्थिक और सामाजिक विकास – सतत विकास, गरीबी, समावेशन, जनसांख्यिकी, सामाजिक क्षेत्र में की गई पहल आदि । (6 प्रश्न – 24 अंक)

 भाग-2 (25 प्रश्न – 100 अंक)

• आधारभूत संख्यनन (संख्याएं और उनके संबंध, विस्तार-क्रम आदि) (दसवीं कक्षा का स्तर), आंकड़ों का निर्वचन (चार्ट, ग्राफ तालिका, आंकड़ों की पर्याप्तता आदि – दसर्वी कक्षा का स्तर) (15 प्रश्न – 60 अंक)
• तार्किक कौशल एवं विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता (5 प्रश्न – 20 अंक)
• सामान्य मानसिक योग्यता (5 प्रश्न – 20 अंक)

 भाग-3 (25 प्रश्न – 100 अंक)

• सामान्य विज्ञान । (20 प्रश्न – 80 अंक)
• पर्यावरण, पारिस्थितिकी, जैव-विविधता और जलवायु परिवर्तन संबंधी सामान्य मुद्दे, जिनके लिए विषयगत विशेषज्ञता आवश्यक नहीं है । (5 प्रश्न – 20 अंक)

 भाग-4 (25 प्रश्न – 100 अंक)

हिन्दी भाषा का ज्ञान – इस प्रश्न-पत्र का उद्देश्य हिन्दी भाषा में अपने विचारों को स्पष्ट तथा सही रुप में प्रकट करना तथा गंभीर तर्कपूर्ण गद्य को पढ़ने और समझने में उम्मीदवार की योग्यता की परीक्षा करना है ।

प्रश्न-पत्रों का स्वरूप आमतौर पर निम्न प्रकार का होगा :-

1. दिये गये गद्दांशों को समझना ।
2. शब्द प्रयोग तथा शब्द भण्डार ।
3. हिन्दी व्याकरण ।

• Current events of national and international importance. (6- Questions – 24 marks)
• History of India and Indian National Movement. (6- Questions – 24 marks)
• Geography – Physical, Social, Economic Geography of Bihar, India and the World. (6- Questions – 24 marks)
• Indian Polity and Governance – Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc. (6- Questions – 24 marks)
• Economic and Social development – Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, etc. (6- Questions – 24 marks)

 Part-2 (25 Questions – 100 marks)

• Basic numeracy (numbers and their relation, orders of magnitude etc.) – (Matriculation or equivalent level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc,- Matriculation or equivalent level). (15- Questions – 60 marks)
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability. (5- Questions – 20 marks)
• General mental ability. (5- Questions – 20 marks)

 Part-3 (25 Questions – 100 marks)

• General science – (Matriculation or equivalent level) (20- Questions – 80 marks)
• General issues on Environment, Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialization.
• General mental ability. (5- Questions – 20 marks)

 Part-4 (20 Questions – 80 marks)

Knowledge of Hindi language – The aim of the paper is to test the candidates ability to read and understand serious discursive prose, and to express his ideas clearly and correctly in the language.

1. Comprehension of given passages.
2. Usage and Vocabulary.
3. Hindi Grammar.
